Region & Estimated Shipping Time:

  • USA: 7-12 business days
  • Europe: 6-10 business days
  • Canada: 8-14 business days
  • Australia: 8-12 business days

Note: During holiday seasons, production and shipping times may be slightly delayed.

2. How long does it take to process an order?

Design Approval: Within 24 hours of your order, we will email you a design proof for your approval.

Production Time: After design approval, production will take 1-3 business days. Once completed, your order will be shipped out promptly.

3. What is the estimated delivery time?

Estimated delivery time = Production time (1-3 business days) + Shipping time (depends on the shipping method you choose). Actual delivery may vary based on logistics provider operations.

4. How can I track my order?

Tracking Information: After your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number and carrier details.

Tracking Issues: If your tracking information isn't updated, please contact customer support for assistance.

Yes. After confirming your design, proof will be sent within 24 hours. Production begins only after your approval.

10. What if I made a mistake in my personalization details after placing an order?

Before design confirmation: Contact support@giftyourways.com within 24 hours for free revisions.

After production starts: Changes may not be possible. Additional fees may apply.

11. How can I change or cancel my order after submission?

Contact us within 24 hours at support@giftyourways.com.

12. How do I upload my logo or artwork?

Send your file to support@giftyourways.com. JPG/PNG recommended. We will review and notify you of any issues.

13. Can I change my shipping address? Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Before shipping: Update address before dispatch. Provide phone for smooth delivery.

Multiple addresses: Not supported. Place separate orders for different locations.

After-sales & Quality Issues

14. What should I do if the quantity is incorrect upon receiving my package?

Check your order confirmation. If items are missing, contact us with order number, missing items, and photos.

15. What if the package I received doesn't match my order?

Verify order details. If it’s our mistake, we will provide a free replacement. Contact with order number and photos.

16. What if my item is damaged or defective upon arrival?

17. What should I do if my product is damaged during normal use?

We offer a 90-day quality guarantee. Compensation or replacement provided based on situation.

18. How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

Refunds processed within 24 hours. Allow 3-5 business days for funds to appear.

19. Will the refund be returned to my original payment method?

Yes, refunds go back to the original payment method.

20. Can I return or exchange personalized products?

Generally not accepted, except special cases. Non-customized products can be returned. Contact support for assistance.
